How to register a complaint?

There are three way to register your complaint to department. You can use any of the following options as per your convenience.
1) By submitting online application
2) Write To Us -In prescribed format which is available in website
3) By Toll Free Number – 1800-000-0213

How it will be resolved?
A
Once grievance is submitted by the person, concern agencies will review and take appropriate action on it.

Timeline to resolve a complaint?
A
Based on the grievance type it will be resolved with in 30 days of receipt of complaint.

Where to appeal if not resolved?
A
In case aggrieved person thinks that grievance is unresolved by us within the time specified, or he is not satisfied with the resolution provided, he may contact at the address given below.
